Aotearoa street artist Xoë Hall (Kāi Tahu) recently teamed up with Pōneke based arts advocate, IP lawyer and patent attorney Tom Huthwaite to create BAD EXPOSURE NZ. Their two worlds collided after a series of unfortunate (but not uncommon) instances of artists being ripped off for commercial gain. They found that countless artists have experienced something similar, and many thought there wasn’t much that could be done about it. After all, street art is “public art”, right…?
Well friends, as it turns out, you can do plenty!
Now is the time to spread the word and help our artists and creatives to protect their mahi. Let’s also break down the barriers and common misconceptions of the legal profession. We hope to educate not only artists but everyone that it is not OK to steal art and use it for commercial or personal gain. Then, maybe we can all get ahead in this crazy old world.

Returns
The stock is constantly changing and is not completely managed by us because of the involvement of several different parties, such as the factory and our warehouse. The stock levels may fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that your order may become unfulfilled once you've placed your order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. We cannot exchange or refund your order when it's been 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return your product must be unopened and in the same condition as when you received it in. It must also be in its original packaging.
